How long does installation take?
Standard installations complete in 1–2 days depending on size and location. We handle site survey, electrical work, network setup, and integration with your access control or management software.
What happens if a unit breaks?
We respond within 48 hours across Lithuania with replacement parts and on-site repair. Most issues — jammed doors, faulty locks — are fixed the same visit. The system sends alerts automatically when a compartment fails.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. We connect to building access platforms, courier APIs, and facility management software via REST API or webhook. For retail click & collect, we integrate with your e-commerce platform and send pickup notifications directly to customers.
What sizes and capacities do you offer?
Parcel walls scale from 12 to 200+ compartments in small, medium, large, and oversize formats. Asset lockers are modular: start with 20 units and expand on the same frame. We assess your volume and recommend the right configuration during the site survey.
