We operate smart locker infrastructure across Lithuania — parcel terminals, click & collect pickup points, and equipment storage for offices, residential buildings, and retail. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our systems or visit this website. Questions? Contact us at privacy@parcellockers-lithuania.com.
When you collect a parcel, we log your phone number, unlock code, door number, and pickup timestamp to authenticate access and resolve delivery issues. Contact forms on this site collect your name, email, company, and message so we can respond to enquiries. We use Google Analytics cookies to count visits, popular pages, and referral sources — no personally identifiable data leaves our infrastructure.
This site sets one essential session cookie to remember your language preference, and Google Analytics places performance cookies (_ga, _gid) to measure traffic. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting site functionality. We do not use advertising or social-media tracking pixels.
Your browser controls cookie consent — most modern browsers let you block third-party cookies by default. If you've submitted a contact form or used a locker, email us at privacy@parcellockers-lithuania.com to request a copy of your data, correct an error, or ask us to delete records no longer required by law.
Google Analytics processes anonymised usage data under a data-processing agreement; Google's own privacy policy applies to their handling. Payment processors (Stripe, Montonio) handle transaction data when you pay locker fees — we never store your card details. Courier partners receive only the locker address and compartment number, not your contact details, when they deliver parcels.
Locker access logs are retained for 90 days to support dispute resolution, then automatically purged. Contact-form submissions are kept for two years or until the enquiry is resolved. Analytics data is aggregated and retained indefinitely in anonymised form.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email privacy@parcellockers-lithuania.com with your request — we'll respond within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate if you believe we've mishandled your data.
We encrypt data in transit using TLS 1.3, store access logs in EU-region cloud infrastructure with role-based access controls, and require multi-factor authentication for staff accounts. Locker unlock codes are hashed and never logged in plain text.
We'll update this page if our data practices change materially, and note the revision date at the top. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Access logs auto-delete after three months — we keep only what's needed.
Data requests answered within one month, no legal jargon required.
Our locker systems log only what's required to verify access and resolve delivery disputes — phone number, unlock code, compartment, and timestamp. No tracking of what's inside, no selling of user data, no hidden profiling. When a parcel is collected and the 90-day dispute window closes, the record is gone. We built this infrastructure for property managers and logistics operators who expect the same data discipline they'd apply to their own tenants and customers.
Our team can walk you through exactly what data each locker type collects, how long it's retained, and how access controls work in multi-tenant buildings.
