Common questions
What's the lead time from order to installation?
Standard models ship within 3–4 weeks of order confirmation. Installation is typically completed within one additional week, depending on site preparation and your schedule.
Can I customize the housing color or compartment layout?
Yes. Steel housing is available in any RAL color at no extra charge. Compartment size and quantity are fixed per model, but we can recommend the best fit for your typical item sizes during specification.
What happens if a compartment lock fails?
All models include a two-year parts and labor warranty covering electronic locks and control systems. We respond to service calls within one business day in Lithuania's major regions, with replacement parts shipped same-day.
Do I need special wiring or network infrastructure?
Each locker requires one standard 230V power connection and one Ethernet or 4G network connection. We provide detailed site-preparation guidelines with your order confirmation, and our installation team handles all connections on delivery day.
Can I rent instead of purchasing outright?
Yes. All standard models are available on monthly rental agreements starting at 36 months. Rental includes delivery, installation, maintenance, and system access. Contact us for a rental quote tailored to your needs.
